"fitness for the whole person"

Focus

You are made up of four inter-related parts: the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual you. Although not the most important part, the physical is nevertheless important. Disregard for our body can cause sickness, disease, and eventual shortening of our lifespan. My interest is in you as a whole person. In helping the whole person I have taken on the challenge of helping you initially with the physical. My two main focuses will be on exercise and nutrition. These are the essentials for a physically fit you. I can set up a plan of physical exercise and healthy eating for you that will enable you to live a physically fit and healthy lifestyle.

Sessions
Variety is a word that conveys the idea that exercise does not have to be boring repetition, but it can be interesting. Depending on the likes and dislikes of my client, I will sculpt a program that will suit him. Weights, no weights, or everyday items can be used to help strengthen the body and cause it to function the way it was designed to function. Sessions last one-half hour to one hour. The initial session is devoted to taking some basic information, assessing your level of fitness, as well as some lifestyle questions (e.g. activities and eating habits). The remainder of the sessions will be devoted to strength traning and cardiovascular workouts.

Prices
Prices are very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $25.
Discounts will apply for more than one client at a time.
Bring a friend! (must let me know in advance)

Biography (Mike Raab)

I spent the first 30 years of my life in Philadelphia, PA before receiving a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies. Through various circumstances I have been led back to school and was awarded a certificate in Personal Training from the ISSA. I am presently working on becoming an Elite Trainer when I will have completed certifications in Exercise Therapy and Exercise Nutrition. I have always enjoyed sports and exercise, and trying to stay in shape. I also enjoying helping people.
